Meet Leanne

Practice Manager

Leanne is the Practice Manager at The Amara Clinic. She manages the day-to-day administration of the clinic together with an excellent support team.

Leanne has extensive experience in healthcare management. She trained and worked within the NHS for more than ten years. Leanne was the Practice Manager of a popular GP practice in Tunbridge Wells, honing her skills in developing and managing a successful team. Leanne joined The Amara Clinic in October 2023 bringing a decade of invaluable experience to her role. Leanne ensures the clinic runs efficiently and effectively and also fosters a compassionate, responsive and empathetic environment for patients.

Leanne spends her free time enjoying walks in the countryside and cosy evenings with her partner and their British shorthair cats Bowie and Bonnie.

Meet Gina

Gina joined The Amara Clinic as a Patient Coordinator in September 2023. She works with the team to provide exceptional support and communication to each patient throughout their treatment journey.

Gina has a background in administration and support services. She has worked in legal administration, as a learning and development administrator, and as a Medical Secretary in the NHS. She brings a wealth of skills in communication, efficient organisation and support to her role at The Amara Clinic, helping to meet each patient’s requirements and ensuring smooth and efficient progress.

Gina is committed to supporting people’s emotional needs throughout treatment. She prides herself on being there for people, she is always reachable, always prepared to listen and determined to help.

Outside work, Gina is a lover of animals, she enjoys walking her dogs, horse riding and getting out into the countryside with her partner for long walks.

Meet Claire

Claire is a skilled Clinic Receptionist and is responsible for The Amara Clinic’s front-of-house. She’s the smiling, welcoming face you’ll see when you first enter the clinic and is an excellent source of information and support.

Claire has over 25 years’ experience in administration, business, and client support. With roles in varied sectors, Claire’s career is characterised by precision and a keen eye for detail.

At The Amara Clinic, Claire ensures a warm welcome and a highly efficient experience for every visitor. She is dedicated to the clinic's mission to prioritise women's health and well-being.

Meet Sadie

Sadie provides transcription services to The Amara Clinic. She helps support the expert clinical team and ensures accurate record keeping and excellent communication.

Sadie started her career as a Legal Secretary. She worked for a personal injury solicitor specialising in catastrophic brain injury. Sadie now works as a self-employed transcriptionist providing specialist transcription services to medical professionals as well as support to the legal and property sectors.

Meet Clare

Credit Control

Clare Davison has worked in office environments for the last twenty years, gaining experience in different roles, including managerial positions. She has acquired strong communication skills both verbally and written.

Clare has experience in various in-house database systems and has a good understanding of all aspects of administration & credit control.

Gynae-Expert

Meet Sue

Sue is one of The Amara Clinic’s Patient Coordinators. She helps support each patient’s treatment journey and ensure it is as free from stress as possible. Sue was instrumental in implementing The Amara Clinic’s new software system, which is more patient friendly and helps the clinic run more efficiently. Sue is passionate about improving patient service and has helped facilitate delivery of HRT medication to our patients.

Sue has worked in women’s health for 22 years. She is a multi-talented all-rounder she is a qualified accountant, a Reiki Master, Kinesiologist and DNALife Practitioner. She was the founder and owner of Knowle Grange Health Spa until 2020.

Sue says, ‘Women need to have support with gynae and menopausal issues and I am so delighted to be able to support the incredible expertise of the clinicians.’

Meet Jemma

Credit Control

Jemma Wilson is the Credit Controller for Gynae Expert, she deals with all the financial aspects for patients, helping them with invoices and payment queries. She has been Company Director for Pink Giraffes Limited for 12 years providing back office support and administration services to a variety of clients. Previous to this she was a Sage Software Consultant and Technical Support Consultant for 15 years. Jemma says:

‘I am thrilled to be part of the Gynae Expert Team at The Amara Clinic. I am working with a fantastic group of ladies, all on a mission to provide high quality women’s health services.’
