Her leadership experience includes key roles at 152 Harley Street, Pure Sports Medicine, and Parkvets Veterinary Hospital.
Outside of her professional life, Lucy is dedicated to maintaining her fitness and well-being, and enjoys traveling with her husband.

Practice Manager & Director of Operations (Maternity Cover)
Emma has over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and team leadership, with a strong focus on delivering smooth, efficient services and a genuinely patient-centred experience. She has worked across both private and NHS settings, overseeing day-to-day clinic operations and supporting teams to provide safe, well-organised, high-quality care.
At The Amara Clinic, Emma plays a key role in maintaining clear systems and consistent standards, ensuring patients feel confident, cared for, and in safe hands. She is known for her calm, approachable, and collaborative style, working closely with colleagues across the service to uphold the high standards the clinic is known for.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys reading, watching films, and spending time with her family and the great outdoors.
Meet Alison (Ali)
Patient Co-ordinator
Ali has extensive experience across multiple sectors including dental practice, private hospital, and aesthetic clinic settings. She has a professional, organised approach to her work, a sharp eye for detail, and a warm, friendly manner that makes patients and colleagues alike feel immediately at ease. Ali is always happy to go the extra mile and is a reassuring, welcoming presence at the heart of the admin team.
Outside of work, Ali enjoys time with her husband, two children, and three dogs, as well as catching up with friends — usually at a music event or the theatre.

Patient Co-ordinator
Lillie is committed to creating a seamless, supportive, and welcoming experience for every patient at The Amara Clinic. With a background in healthcare and a degree in public health, she brings a strong understanding of healthcare systems and patient needs to her role. Lillie specialises in coordinating appointments and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day clinic operations. Driven by a passion for ensuring patients receive high-quality, accessible healthcare, Lillie’s professionalism and compassionate approach help uphold The Amara Clinic’s standard of excellence and patient-centred care.
Outside of work, Lillie enjoys nature walks with her rescue dog Moonstone and a range of creative pursuits.

Andrea specialises in the smooth coordination of appointments, client relations, and assisting in the clinic's day-to-day operations. In her spare time, she enjoys samba drumming, walking, creative activities and travel.

She is skilled at building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior management alike. Jayne holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Accountancy, and her combination of financial expertise, organisational ability, and approachable nature means she provides reliable, professional support that fits naturally within a caring clinic environment.
