The Amara Clinic is registered and therefore licensed to provide services by the Care Quality Commission.
General Medical Council
The GMC registers doctors that practise medicine in the UK, confirming their training, skills and experience meet the standards expected by patients. Their purpose is to protect, promote and maintain the health and safety of the public by ensuring proper standards in the practice of medicine

The British Menopause Society
The British Menopause Society (BMS) accredits highly-qualified healthcare professionals who demonstrate extensive knowledge, training and expertise in the field of Menopause and HRT. British Menopause Society Specialists are required to follow national best practice guidelines, adhere to the British Menopause Society’s treatment and prescribing recommendations, provide local menopause education and work with a multidisciplinary team. All health practitioners at The Amara Clinic are member of the BMS and Miss Anne Henderson is an advanced practitioner.
